Support

Real people, no ticket robots. Tell us what happened and we'll help.

Contact us

Email us and include your device (iPhone or Mac), your app version (Settings → the version at the bottom), and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot helps enormously.

Email hello@breacheye.net

We answer every message, usually within one working day.

A link or message was judged wrong

If Link Checker or AI Scam Check called something safe that wasn't — or flagged something you know is legitimate — please send us the exact address or message text. Those reports are the main way our detection improves, and we do act on them.

Two things worth knowing: a domain can carry a brand's name and still belong to that brand (big companies register look-alike domains defensively), and a brand-new domain is not automatically dangerous. We weigh who actually operates a domain and how long it has existed, not just its name.

Breach monitoring and alerts

Monitoring keeps your address on our server and re-checks it around the clock, so we can alert you even when the app is closed. If alerts aren't arriving, check that notifications are allowed for BreachEye in System Settings → Notifications.

To stop monitoring an address, remove it in the app — that deletes it from our server too.

Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, not by us, so subscriptions are managed in your Apple account and refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you paid and Pro didn't unlock, open the app, tap Restore Purchases, and email us if it still doesn't appear.

Your data

See our Privacy Policy for what we store and why, and the Terms of Use for the agreement itself. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing the address above.
