Privacy Policy
Plain and honest — the same words you'll find inside the app.

What we collect
BreachEye works with the minimum data needed: the email you choose to scan, and anonymous usage events. We never sell your data and there are no third-party advertising trackers.
Breach & link checks
Emails and links you check are sent securely to our server, queried against trusted databases (Have I Been Pwned, Google Web Risk), and never stored beyond a short cache. We never see the results tied to your identity.
On-device protection
Web Shield, the network scanner, and Safe QR run on your device. Browsing history and scanned codes stay on your device and are never uploaded.
Your account
Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we store your email address (or Apple's private relay address if you choose "Hide My Email") and a user ID with our authentication provider (Supabase) so your subscription and settings can follow you across devices. If you never sign in, no account exists.
VPN
The BreachEye VPN runs on servers we operate. Your WireGuard private key is generated on your device and never leaves it. We do not log, inspect, or store the contents of your traffic or your browsing activity.
Subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple. Our subscription partner (RevenueCat) receives an anonymous purchase record tied to your user ID so Pro can be restored across your devices — never your payment details, which stay with Apple.
Analytics
We use privacy-first, anonymous, aggregate analytics (Aptabase) to understand which features are used — no personal identifiers, no advertising IDs, no cross-app tracking.
Your control
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent. For anything else, contact us and we'll help.
