BreachEye

Terms of Use

The plain-language agreement for using BreachEye.

Last updated: 16 July 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Arific Business Solutions Private Limited ("BreachEye", "we", "us") governing your use of the BreachEye apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac and any related services (the "Service"). By downloading or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What BreachEye does

BreachEye is a consumer security app. Depending on your platform it can include a VPN, encrypted DNS ("Web Shield"), a security checkup of your device's settings, data-breach monitoring for an email address you provide, and an assistant that helps you assess suspicious messages and links. Features differ between iPhone/iPad and Mac because each operating system permits different capabilities.

BreachEye is a protective tool, not a guarantee. No security product can detect or prevent every threat, and you remain responsible for your own devices, accounts and data.

3. Subscriptions & billing

BreachEye Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes and only on devices and accounts you own or are authorised to protect. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to circumvent its security or licensing, or use the VPN or any feature to break the law or infringe others' rights.

5. Your content

Some features require information you provide — for example, an email address you ask us to check against known data breaches, or a message you submit to the assistant. You are responsible for having the right to submit that information. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect or prevent every threat, breach or malicious file.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BreachEye and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
